EBI-ILE FAMILY HOUSE PROJECT

In the Yoraba language Ebi-ile means "Family House." This home is used not only as a living space, but as a gathering place for community events and lectures. The homeowner imports African art from Ghana, so there was no shortage of carved wood, masks, and original acrylic paintings to display! One of the standout pieces in the space was fabricated by EBAN Design Concepts - Kuba cloth that was custom mounted in a plexiglass frame….FABULOUS! This home was an excellent exercise in the use of a collection in a newly acquired space.
